Supporting Cast
- Evelyn Cooper - Security at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia. First on the scene when Justin shot Reg (after Reg nearly decapitated Weeping Sparrow).
- Detective Carlos Stone - investigating the incident at St. Mary Mercy hospital with his partner, Detective John Phillips. Livonia PD.

 DECEASED Father Andrew (aka Father Damien) - A Jesuit priest with strong ties to the highest levels of the Vatican, Father Andrew was the initial point-of-contact for the envoys. He provided them with their original assignment - to investigate reports of zombies at the waterfront - and some rudimentary information. He departed abruptly when the pope's health took a turn for the worse, sending Aiden Carter to replace him. Dee Crystal identified him as "Father Damien", a half-demon with whom she'd had some unsatisfactory interactions in the past. Communication is not Father Andrew's strongest skill. He seems to have taken a special interest in Karen Riley, and was moved to call Justin's uncle, Father Jerzy Kazotcheck, to make certain that Church protocols will be followed with regards to her marriage to Justin Kazotcheck.
 Birkoff, Jared - When his girlfriend Kat Samuelle was dragged into SAVE business, Jared was a mid-level technology manager for the CIA. In short order Jared found himself abruptly promoted into his boss's job, putting him in direct supervision of his girlfriend, but before she could quit and work as a contractor, he was equally abruptly transferred to Homeland Security, where he's now Assistant Deputy Director of Investigations. Kat occasionally talks about strange - one might say supernatural - things she's seen, but mostly Jared just accepts it without questioning too deeply. Ignorance is not only bliss, but generally safer. That, however, is bound to change.
 Carter, Aiden - Paramedic and former army medic. Discharged "for health reasons" and taking classes so he can return to medical school, interrupted by his enlistment following the death of his twin sister during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. When pressed, he admitted he'd been attacked by a werewolf, but shows no signs of having been infected, merely affected. Whatever that means.
When Aiden fell into a coma and was hospitalized, the team found out that he's fairly universally beloved by his co-workers, but none of them actually know very much about him. In addition, while he's single, apparently a number of his ex-girlfriends (including a pair of twins) are on good terms with him and have come by to visit. He has an unfortunate tendency to harm himself helping others, and has trouble accepting it when he fails to save a patient.
 Crystal, Dee - Actress and model, gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit edition as well as amply filling the role of "Buffy" on the weekly series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", Dee Crystal is a high-profile actress and model. As far as the world knows, she's blonde to the Nth degree, pursuing her modeling and acting career without a serious thought in her very pretty head. Hearts were heard to break around the world when she married obscure computer consultant Alister Ware in 1999. Some wags suggest it was merely so that she can hyphenate her name to Dee Crystal-Ware. One of the few survivors of pre-Purge SAVE, there is a great deal more to Dee than meets the eye...
 Forester, Suzanne - Actress and model, married to Mark Conway. This dark-haired beauty was one of the leads on the short-lived Law and Order: Trial By Jury series. She's hoping for a role in Harvey Seidelmaier's Knight of the Night TV series (to be filmed in Detroit).
 Gutierrez, CJ - CJ is Harvey Seidelmaier's production assistant, and has taken over responsiblity for producing the pilot for Knight of the Night (if it will even get made at this point). CJ had a mysterious accident trying to drive from Toledo to Detroit, and is (as of April 17, 2005) in Toledo General Hospital in serious condition.
"CJ" stands for Carlotta Juanita, but you'd be ill-advised to try calling her that. CJ is a tough, brilliant professional, and not above rearranging someone's body parts if that's what it takes to get the job done. She's single, and not only is there no one in her life, she's not planning on there being anyone in her life. That might slow down her career, and she is all about her career.
 Harsk, Jerry Mechanic and tow truck driver at Justin's garage, Jerry shows great promise. He also has a smart mouth and a crush on Justin's sister Marie.
 McAllister, Marie - Justin's widowed younger sister and mother of his beloved niece Olivia. Marie is well on her way to stepping into their mother's shoes as the family matriarch, despite her youth. Marie's husband Mike ("Mikey") McAllister was killed by a suicide truck bomber in Iraq. She busts Justin's chops on a regular basis.
 DECEASED McAllister, Mike "Mikey" - Justin bumped into Mike "Mikey" McAllister during an airport layover. Justin was on the way home for Christmas leave and Mike was on his way to Detroit for a job interview. Mikey didn't have any family to spend the holidays with (Only child, small family, his folks died in a plane crash.), so Justin invited Mikey to come and at least have Christmas dinner with him and his family. Mikey and Marie (Fresh out of high school and in her freshman year at MSU.) hit it off. Mikey settled in Detroit, using his M.P. training from the Guard to get a decent job with the Detroit Police, and courted Marie for a couple months before popping the question. They were married just short of a year before Olivia came along. Mikey's Guard unit was reactivated two years ago. He was killed by a suicide truck bomber at the gates of base his unit was assigned to guard.
 McAllister, Olivia - Justin's niece. Olivia is mostly (79%) deaf, and has her uncle wrapped firmly around her delicate and articulate pinky finger.
